The company Zebra-flow GmbH supplies organic peroxide masterbatches for compounding of PP and crosslinking of PE and EVA. A list of advantages versus disadvantages and a list of all peroxide products available can be found at the end of this page.

For this application we supply different concentrated Masterbatches based on a PP carrier resin. The peroxide masterbatch will be added to the compounding process like a normal masterbatch. During the compounding process the peroxide will cut down the molecule chain which will lead to a shorter average chain length of the PP. This will create a higher MFI by the so called CR (controlled rheology) process and a narrower chain length distribution in the polymer. By this process it is possible to create small changes of the MFI from 4 to 12 but also big changes to several hundredth. The main advantage is the very safe and easy dosing. Due to the availability of concentrations between 2 to 40% peroxide it is no problem to set the final value of the MFI very accurate. In the list below you can see which grades of peroxide Masterbatches are available for PP processing.

For this application we produce different Masterbatches with bis-peroxides and dicumylperoxides and with concentrations between 10 and 40%. Information for this products will be send on request.
